Here comes the fireworks shots. This is a sequel from the previous entry about Nagaoka Fireworks Festival 2009. Official statistics stated that there were 880,000 people who watched the fireworks in two days this year. Crazy, I know, but Japanese take this as one of the main festival come every summer.Pictures will do all the talking in this entry. Besides, I don't think there is anything much for me to caption these fireworks pictures. These pictures were selected from almost 2,000 shots I took in two days. I would like to know which one is your pick by telling me your choice in the comments' box. Thank you.

My personal favourite shots would be the last three shots - #20, #21 and #22. What's yours?

wow......its really amazing! lucky u....
Terrific fireworks! 19, 21, 22 banyak cantik. Lol...
Btw, ur eyes need to focus on the camera during the fireworks eruption. Do u manage to watch them bloom in real (Not thru the camera screen)? =P
@ sheryl0202:
that is my last year getting to watch the fireworks in nagaoka =\
@ ken:
i used a tripod and set my camera to continuos mode. so, i just pressed the shutter while watching the fireworks live, although there were times i watched them through the camera screen =)
Agree with Ken, u must focus on camera, like what i take, i all focus on camera. Do u use fireworks function when u take those camera? I believe it would be very nice if take use that function.... I like pic no. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 16. It really nice.
love every pic here.. hehe.. wish i was there.. =(
@ k3vin:
nope, i used some other mode which i find that it gave a much better result. i went for the trial-and-error method as i wanna enjoy the fireworks while taking their pictures; so i didn't really focus too much on my camera screen =)
@ michelleg:
